📋 Description

• End to end oversight and responsibility for designing functionally and technically sound solutions to complex business problems in travel technology, driving the industry's transition from legacy PSS environments to dynamic, AI-driven retailing and Offer-Order ecosystems. • Engage customers (internal and external) in business, strategy, and ROI-based discussions to understand how we can help deliver value. • Collaborate with product management, engineering, consulting and commercial teams to develop compelling solutions that resonate with our customers. • Interact with key customer business and technology experts to understand the core business needs, current technology employed, and articulate how Sabre’s capabilities can address those needs. • Achieve a strong understanding of the full functional value of Sabre suite of products and how they integrate with other systems. • Actively participate in and lead process improvement initiatives, with a specific mandate to champion and operationalize AI growth and innovation, embracing new industry technology standards. • Participate in the review and response to complex sales opportunities and RFPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in travel technology, ideally with Sabre products. • Ideal focus: PSS, Offer-Order, Agentic AI, NDC, E-commerce, Payments, Loyalty, APIs, retail intelligence. • Proven track record in conducting complex projects and developing product capabilities, as well as in implementing process improvements using AI tools. • A strong functional/technical background is often required to manage competing interests. • Abundant curiosity to delve into unfamiliar areas and quickly become proficient. • Experience designing and documenting complex solutions across multiple touchpoints. • Ability to present a compelling solution to a business need that is grounded in technology. • Ownership mindset of individual and team objectives; with both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable results. • Ability to work independently and resolve professional, technical or operational project challenges in a creative, methodical manner. • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributed. • Ability to successfully navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment where there are often competing priorities, goals and challenges across our diverse set of internal and external customers and partners. • Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects in parallel. • Must have excellent written and verbal English communications skills, comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of large groups at all levels of an organization.
