• Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales Reps on monitoring orders, updates, and status. • Assist Sales Reps on creating quotes for clients, requesting quotes from vendors, and placing orders. • Monitor, troubleshoot, modify, and notify concerned departments of any problems that impede an order's prompt processing. • Liaise with vendors, sales reps, management, and purchasing teams about order issues and stock availability. • Collate and generate daily summary of sales and backorder reports for Sales Management and Directors. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales operations. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the sales organization.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field. • Impeccable verbal and written English skills. • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space. • Reliable, high speed internet connection. • Strong customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Keen attention to detail. • Exceptional self-motivation with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
