📋 Description

• Ensure Entity Management complies with relevant regulatory and legal requirements and applicable policies and procedures • Manage risk, proactively identify issues, and develop solutions • Manage and control Entity creation, changes, and maintenance • Maintain accurate Entity information, documentation, and validation as a single source of truth • Maintain metrics and reporting for project performance, including new-entity openings • Support business leadership in implementing growth plans • Provide project management support and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Liaise with local legal service providers on entity incorporation, registered addresses and offices, mandatory licensing, and registrations • Collaborate with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams • Review legal advice across new countries • Review and update processes to promote best practices and successful outcomes • Assist internal teams with business model-related queries • Monitor legal, regulatory, and tax developments affecting entity compliance in the region • Ensure Safeguard Global complies with local regulations and laws • Manage expenditure on external counsel within budget • Evaluate, adapt, and apply industry best practices for entity management methodologies and processes • Promptly report identified issues to management for consideration and resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in entity management, corporate governance, and company entity matters, including entity setup, restructuring, and dissolution • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, statutory filings, entity lifecycle management, and governance best practices across multiple jurisdictions • Experience in a global business environment and partnering with Legal, HR, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and external service providers • Proven experience managing third-party service providers within agreed timelines and budgets • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, supporting global expansion initiatives, and driving process improvements • Ability to identify governance and compliance risks, resolve escalations, and independently develop and implement practical solutions • Experience maintaining accurate entity records, governance documentation, and management reporting • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Strong analytical, decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills • High level of accountability and integrity • Thoughtful, disciplined, and results-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational excellence
