âą Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals âą Generate leads within the designated market of senior living communities & skilled facilities âą Deliver motivational prospecting engagement to targeted clients âą Obtain support & guidance from others in the Company as needed for sales prospecting âą Answer client questions, as needed; including products and pricing âą Calibrate the content of prospecting based on pre-sales due diligence âą Identify opportunities to enhance & accelerate the sales prospecting âą Update, maintain, & follow up on activities in Company CRM âą Develop sales prospecting efforts in collaboration with Company marketing programs âą Efficiently & effectively transition sales & lead opportunities to sales executive resources âą Keep management informed regarding daily, weekly, and monthly activities & performances âą Provide occasional feedback on products, services, & policies to respective Company team members âą Maintain current market & product knowledge
âą Bachelor's degree in business marketing, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience âą 1-3 years of experience in sales development within technology, SaaS, or healthcare âą Passionate about our mission and our technology âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time âą Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects âą Comfortable working in a remote and independent environment âą Experience with G Suite, Salesforce, Office 360, and Slack âą Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time âą Ability to occasionally lift heavy equipment
