📋 Description

• You're opening a market, building partnerships, and establishing how German law firms experience AI for the first time. • You drive the full sales cycle. • You map the German legal market and identify priority targets, law firms, legal networks, and innovation hubs. • You initiate outbound prospecting and qualify opportunities. • You conduct needs-based consultations and deliver tailored demos that address German legal workflows, compliance requirements, and professional standards. • You guide prospects through trials and negotiations to closed deals, working closely with our CCO and local partners. • You gather market intelligence on compliance positioning - professional secrecy, GDPR, German Bar requirements, and provide feedback that shapes how we localize our approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services • Track record in market entry, territory building, or early-stage sales • Understanding of the German business market, ideally with exposure to law firms or professional (B2B) services • Ability to work with local partners and consultants to accelerate market entry • Strong presence with senior stakeholders: you can command a room with law firm partners and general counsel • Excellent communication skills: you run discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and navigate objections with confidence • Ability to explain complex technology in terms that resonate with legal professionals • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and track market insights • You’re based in Germany and have near-native proficiency in German, as well as fluency in English.
