📋 Description

• Lead the product portfolio and its outcomes. • Balance strategy with delivery. • Drive adoption and impact, internally and externally. • Stay close to users and funders. • Shape where AI fits in the product. • Grow the ecosystem’s commercial offerings thoughtfully. • Connect product strategy to funding opportunities. • Lead and grow the Product Team. • Champion product design and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and product leadership. • Demonstrated success defining product vision and portfolio strategy. • Experience building and leading high-performing product teams. • Strong user-centered product judgment. • A track record of influencing executive leaders and aligning stakeholders. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity. • Experience leading product strategy in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
