âą Execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot âą Build, test, schedule, and launch marketing emails, nurture streams, and automated workflows âą Manage audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targeting âą Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign engagement and conversion performance âą Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards âą Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup âą Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problems âą Maintain data hygiene and ensure CRM/database integrity across systems âą Collaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to ensure seamless marketing operations âą Identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency and scalability âą Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reporting âą Analyze email marketing KPIs including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline impact âą Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance âą Support leadership with recurring reporting and marketing performance analysis âą Partner closely with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively âą Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, testing, and stakeholder communication âą Support broader marketing initiatives and operational process improvements
âą 5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools âą 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, specifically focused on email marketing and marketing automation âą Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns âą Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment âą Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization âą Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities âą Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce âą Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes âą Strong communication and stakeholder management skills âą Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus âą Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferred
