📋 Description

• Implement file integrity monitoring • Collect and automate the collection of audit evidence • Implement and harden base images used throughout the company • Implement and maintain operational security for SailPoint products • Work with Engineering, Product, Services, and other functional departments to operate global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure • Implement security improvements, tools, and utilities for automating security • Provide subject matter expertise on securing the AWS-based SaaS environment • Collaborate on projects with team members and other teams • Own and implement security improvement projects • Handle on-call incidents independently • Collaborate with developers to securely bring new features and services into production • Work with cybersecurity to meet SLAs on vulnerability and misconfiguration remediations • Develop and improve operational practices and procedures • Proactively meet information security and compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, and SSAE 16

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available SaaS or cloud service environment • Experience with cloud infrastructure environments, preferably AWS or Azure • Experience with SIRP, SIEM, and IDS/IPS/WAF solutions • Experience securing containerized applications and images • Experience with file integrity monitoring (FIM) • Release automation experience, including Jenkins or similar tools • System administration, system configuration, and system debugging experience • Experience using scripting languages such as Ruby or Python • Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Puppet • Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform • Experience with command execution frameworks • Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, with the ability to set and enforce process and influence engineers who are not direct reports • Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience • Willingness to work at least 4 overlapping hours with the US time zone • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
