📋 Description

• Work directly with account teams across EMEA to shape strategy for complex, high-value opportunities, particularly early in the sales cycle • Engage senior customer stakeholders to understand business drivers, risk exposure, regulatory pressure, and operational inefficiency • Translate customer drivers into a clear identity security narrative • Lead structured discovery and value conversations focused on problem definition and prioritisation • Help customers build credible identity roadmaps by defining scope, sequencing initiatives, and identifying measurable outcomes • Support executive briefings and workshops to align stakeholders and build momentum • Partner with Sales Engineers, TES, and delivery teams to align the technical approach with the business narrative • Contribute to deal strategy for complex opportunities through positioning, stakeholder alignment, and timing • Provide feedback to product and go-to-market teams based on customer friction points • Represent SailPoint at industry events as a speaker

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, with confidence operating in executive conversations in both languages • 10+ years’ experience in identity security • Significant experience in a senior role, such as CTO, CISO, Head of IAM, or equivalent advisory role within a consulting or SI partner • Direct experience designing or implementing identity security programmes in large or regulated organisations • Exposure to governance, access controls, audit/compliance, and operational challenges • Strong understanding of identity security’s connection to security posture, regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIS2, cloud transformation, and operational efficiency • Evidence of leading C-level conversations and influencing direction • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Credibility with both business and technical stakeholders • Sufficient technical understanding to challenge and guide, without necessarily performing hands-on technical work • Experience working with or alongside Big 4 firms, global SIs, or specialist IAM consultancies is useful
