• Sell Identity Security Solution. • Exceed revenue quota goals quarterly and yearly. • Develop business plans aligning with assigned territory. • Collaborate with marketing for execution through partners. • Lead technical resources for demonstrating SailPoint advantages. • Follow-up with customers and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle. • Understand territory deeply, including customers and competitors. • Effectively manage discussions with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required). • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls. • Highly proficient in presenting the value of SailPoint solutions and comparisons to competitors such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. • Capable of providing superior customer experience during discovery calls. • Ability to lead a virtual team of resources to deliver sales wins. • Capacity to create territory or opportunity plans for the sales cycle. • Engage with customers and business partners maintaining a high level of customer service.
