• Own and deliver France’s sales revenue, profit targets, and strategic product objectives • Lead, coordinate, and coach the French sales team • Support professional development of team members • Ensure application of a consultative selling approach • Build and maintain relationships with key customers • Monitor market trends and translate relevant insights into plans
• Higher education degree; Business Administration preferred. • Proven commercial, communication, and negotiation skills. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and developing sales teams. • Experience in the medical device and/or diagnostics industry. • Strong consultative selling skills. • High level of customer service and strong customer relationships. • Strong presentation skills. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. • Professional command of English; French fluency is assumed.
