📋 Description

• Manage electrical engineering projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout • Coordinate and oversee project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other disciplines • Assist in developing project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget • Support technical oversight of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems • Review drawings, calculations, models, and specifications for quality, coordination, and constructability • Coordinate work activities related to Engineering and design production, Document control and QA/QC processes, Construction administration and field support • Participate in site visits, existing-conditions assessments, and field coordination meetings • Lead or support client meetings, design coordination meetings, and technical discussions • Track and manage project schedules and deliverables • Assist with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and change orders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or managing electrical engineering projects • Experience with healthcare, institutional, science and technology, commercial, or industrial facilities preferred • Working knowledge of electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems • Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and design guidelines • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office • EIT certification is preferred, LEED certification is a plus, PE license is a plus, Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred
