• Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage projects • Develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions • Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion • Manage and mentor junior level staff
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field • Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within six months of hire • Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects • Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial water treatment projects • Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
