• Will act strategically across inbound and outbound channels • B2B company prospecting • Identify and qualify leads (profile, pain points, timing, and purchase potential) • Multichannel outreach: calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team • Map decision-makers and influencers within accounts • Record and manage interactions in the CRM • Collaborate with marketing and sales on demand generation • Track metrics: contact volume, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Hands-on profile, communicative and results-oriented • Resilient • High proactivity and sense of ownership • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese) • Comfortable with and genuinely interested in technology • Ability to work under pressure • Formal and professional personal presentation • Experience in outbound prospecting • Familiarity with tools such as Reeve, Apollo, or similar • Experience qualifying leads and scheduling meetings • CRM experience (Ploomes preferred) • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) • PowerPoint and Excel — intermediate to advanced • Experience in a consultative B2B environment • Higher education completed (advantage) • English and/or Spanish (a plus)
