β’ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. β’ Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus. β’ Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
