📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of named State and Municipal Public Bank accounts • Achieve revenue and pipeline targets • Develop strategic account plans and identify high-value use cases with agency and institutional leaders • Drive consultative sales cycles from discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing, and renewals • Navigate Brazilian public procurement processes, including reverse auctions, direct awards, price registration frameworks, contract piggybacking, and partner-led contracts • Coordinate Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Partners, and Professional Services teams • Collaborate with partners and system integrators to expand reach and project execution • Forecast performance accurately and keep the CRM updated with strong pipeline discipline • Monitor budget cycles, public policies, and digital government initiatives • Help public financial institutions modernize services and improve citizen experience through Salesforce solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales focused on the government sector, preferably with State and Municipal Banks • Proven track record of quota attainment in long, complex sales cycles • Practical knowledge of public procurement processes and relevant legislation, including Brazilian Law 14,133/2021 • Established network within federal public agencies in Brasília • Excellent communication skills and executive presence • Advanced English • Native or fluent Portuguese • Willingness to travel • Based in Brasília • Preferred: experience with CRM, cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation • Preferred: experience with partner-led sales and large-scale public contracts • Preferred: proficiency in MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Agentforce
