📋 Description
• Lead programs by staying aligned on program scope and release planning • Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile • Make key decisions and remove obstacles in meetings with key team members • Develop strong partnerships with functional teams • Provide awareness of program status on an ongoing basis • Anticipate and remove obstacles for teams delivering on project goals • Create a collaborative environment fostering creativity and innovation • Define and lead program governance
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in program management • 5+ years leading multiple work streams • 10+ years experience with management consulting • Demonstrated project leadership skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology • PMP Certification preferred • Salesforce.com Certifications preferred
