⢠Lead programs by staying aligned on program scope and release planning ⢠Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile ⢠Make key decisions and remove obstacles in meetings with key team members ⢠Develop strong partnerships with functional teams ⢠Provide awareness of program status on an ongoing basis ⢠Anticipate and remove obstacles for teams delivering on project goals ⢠Create a collaborative environment fostering creativity and innovation ⢠Define and lead program governance
đŻ Requirements
⢠15+ years of experience in program management ⢠5+ years leading multiple work streams ⢠10+ years experience with management consulting ⢠Demonstrated project leadership skills ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology ⢠PMP Certification preferred ⢠Salesforce.com Certifications preferred
