📋 Description

• Lead the full delivery of Human-Centered Change engagements • Coach Salesforce customers through complex organizational transformations • Drive senior leadership alignment and deliver meaningful, lasting change • Travel up to 50% to build strong partnerships and identify barriers to change • Contribute to practice innovation and go-to-market activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles • deep knowledge of change management methodologies • excellent workshop design, facilitation, and communication skills • Prosci Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred) • experience across industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Energy (preferred)
