🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Engagement Delivery Senior Manager • Strong experience in Professional Services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams • Proven ability to manage complex programs and portfolios • Ability to navigate escalations and build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders • Strong leadership, business acumen, executive communication, financial management, and structured problem-solving skills • Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation highly desirable • Experience working with large public-sector financial institutions or major government-owned banks considered a strategic differentiator • Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, COBIT, or equivalent considered a plus
