📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders • Lead the design of Salesforce solutions • Translate business requirements into value-driven solutions • Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops • Design and document business processes • Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams • Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants • Influence business and technology decisions with C-level stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects • Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions • Strong expertise with the Salesforce Platform • Experience designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies • Advanced or fluent English required; Spanish proficiency preferred
