📋 Description

• Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects • Deliver end-to-end solutions meeting client requirements • Lead discovery sessions and design workshops • Capture client needs and translate them into technical designs • Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts, MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Build trusted client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify further engagement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development • Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization • Experience with AMPscript and SSJS • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems via APIs • Ability to use tools such as MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred
