📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders • Lead strategic discussions and define solution visions aligned with business objectives • Lead end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions • Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops • Gather requirements, define business processes, and prioritize the product backlog • Design and document business processes using structured frameworks and methodologies • Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when required • Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology • Partner with project managers to provide technical guidance, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies • Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality delivery • Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants • Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when required • Lead executive-level conversations with C-level stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the full lifecycle from planning to go-live • Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs • Strong expertise with Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other relevant Salesforce Clouds • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices • Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations and evaluate trade-offs • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex business and technical challenges • Advanced or fluent English required • Spanish proficiency preferred • Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and adoption of AI tools highly desirable • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following industries: MAE/CBS; FINS; HLS; RCG; PubSec
