📋 Description

• Design intuitive, high-quality interactive demo experiences and self-service assets for Solutions Engineers and Sales teams • Translate complex product capabilities, business logic, and human + AI workflows into UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes • Create polished UI designs aligned with design systems and product standards • Create visual assets including executive presentations and Slack Canvases • Deliver communication design combining creative media, storytelling, and business strategy across multiple channels • Use usage data, internal feedback, and stakeholder insights to inform design iterations • Champion usability, accessibility, and intuitive user journeys • Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate flows and refine experiences • Partner with Experience Strategists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams • Provide design handoff documentation, specifications, and UX copy recommendations • Present design concepts and rationales to cross-functional partners and stakeholders • Refine copy and suggest improvements for target users

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, interactive prototyping, and polished visual UI • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, design system alignment, and interactive prototyping • Proven track record collaborating with developers, product managers, and business strategists in fast-paced environments • Curiosity about emerging technologies, human + AI interaction, and agentic workflows • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or Runway (preferred) • Strong UX writing and product storytelling skills (preferred) • Motion design or video editing capabilities using Adobe After Effects or Premiere (preferred) • Familiarity with email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, A/B testing, and email design/coding (preferred) • Experience using the Salesforce platform (preferred) • Industry exposure to enterprise verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Tech, or Manufacturing (preferred)
