📋 Description

• Own testing quality for complex processes, integrations, and rapid product changes across multiple OPS Tech streams • Test web applications, APIs, and microservices supporting Salmon's operational processes • Validate business process automation and workflows in Creatio-based solutions • Perform manual web UI and microservices API testing, including feature validation and regression testing • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, checklists, and other test documentation • Test APIs using Postman, curl, and OpenAPI/Swagger • Log, track, and verify defects in Jira • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and requirements discussions with developers and business analysts • Validate integrations and business logic across services • Contribute to test automation within existing frameworks • Analyze test failures and help maintain stable automated test runs • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to deliver stable releases and improve testing coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs or microservices • Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and smoke, regression, functional, and integration testing • Solid understanding of HTTP/REST and JSON; XML is a plus • Hands-on experience with Postman, curl, and OpenAPI/Swagger • Basic understanding of microservices architecture • Good SQL skills, including SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, and GROUP BY • Experience testing CRM or BPM platforms, preferably Creatio • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and reviewing test execution logs • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or JavaScript • Understanding of OOP fundamentals • Experience writing UI or API automated tests • English proficiency level required; the application form asks applicants to specify their English level • Openness to relocation or business trips to the Philippines • Availability during core working hours of 12 PM to 6 PM (GMT+8)
