• Establish Saltz.App in your city! • You identify new hospitality businesses, meet chefs and managers, explain the app, and assist them with their orders • You will primarily work in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens • You conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up • You plan your week independently and work to meet or exceed your targets • You deliver live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment • You use our CRM system and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team
• Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time jobs is a big plus • You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally • Bonus: you speak additional languages fluently in addition to German or English
• Fair base salary plus commission (OTE: €40,000 gross/year) • Necessary hardware provided for your start • Company card for travel expenses (€400 per month) • High degree of autonomy and trust in your working methods • Collaboration with experienced, entrepreneurial, and passionate colleagues
