📋 Description

• Manage a strategic portfolio of client accounts • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention • Oversee the customer lifecycle • Present and demonstrate the company's solutions to prospective clients • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions • Collect feedback and contribute strategic insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs • Represent Salú at meetings and corporate events

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Key Account Management • Experience in Customer Success or consultative B2B sales • Analytical and consultative mindset • Clear and concise communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong negotiation skills • Able to handle objections effectively • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
