📋 Description

• Design and execute a comprehensive field sales training curriculum covering selling skills and sales process. • Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires that accelerate time-to-productivity and ensure consistent commercial standards. • Build ongoing competency development programs, including advanced selling education and mentorship frameworks. • Facilitate live, virtual, and blended learning sessions for sales representatives. • Travel to the field to deliver in-person training, conduct ride-alongs, and provide real-time coaching and reinforcement. • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Regulatory to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and commercially relevant. • Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and impact on sales performance. • Gather ongoing feedback from field teams and leadership to iterate and improve program content and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or sales training — preferably in neuromodulation, spine, or a related implantable device category. • Strong understanding of spinal cord stimulation, pain management, or neuromodulation therapy. • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. • Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital content tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
