📋 Description

• Use your network and/or sales initiatives to acquire new clients and support their recruitment needs. • Conduct client meetings to win new business. • Conduct interviews and present candidates to clients. • Test candidates using our various testing platforms when required by clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You have sales experience and understand what it takes to win an assignment. • You are registered as an independent consultant/agent/self-employed/freelancer, have your own company, or are willing to partner with an EOR/payroll provider to ensure full compliance. • Experience with Swiss recruitment agencies is a significant plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage workflow and time effectively. • Fluent in English; French/German is an advantage.
