📋 Description

• Drive execution of AI programs across internal and customer-facing domains (e.g., LLM copilots, AI knowledge assistants, etc). • Partner with the AI Engineering team to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs. • Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules. • Facilitate alignment across AI Product, AI Engineering, GTM, and Legal/Data Governance teams. • Track and report KPIs around adoption, performance, and business impact. • Lead change management efforts: enablement, communications, and rollout plans. • Stay connected to developments in GenAI, LLMs, and related AI tooling to inform roadmap planning. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s values and operating principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution. • 6–8 years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven tech company. • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams. • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to influence without authority. • Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models. • Comfort working in remote and distributed team environments.
