📋 Description

• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products • Solve complex problems and own solution success • Collaborate with engineers, platform/infrastructure teams, product managers, designers, and support teams • Develop skills across Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and MySQL • Own the operational health of production systems • Build for the future scale of a growing library of media assets • Contribute to core architecture, roadmap, and the wider engineering community • Maintain production systems and provide operational support • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development • Experience shipping customer-used features and iterating based on customer feedback • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to explain technical decisions and accept stakeholder feedback • Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly • Ability to operate with minimum supervision • Comfort building end-to-end solutions • Willingness to work across the full stack • Ability to maintain production systems and provide operational support • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Knowledge of full-stack software engineering and scalable media processing and streaming applications is ideal • Expertise in backend and frontend technologies for high-performance media applications is ideal
