📋 Description

• Planning, managing and monitoring cleaning processes • Operational and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specification • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration • Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners • Developing and implementing optimization measures to increase efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a leadership role within building/ commercial cleaning • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems • Class B driving licence • Hands-on attitude • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach • Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer-service orientation
