📋 Description

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring cleaning processes. • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team. • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specifications. • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration. • Close collaboration with clients, colleagues and partners. • Development and implementation of optimization measures to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in a leadership role within building/commercial cleaning. • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems. • Valid Class B driving license. • Hands-on mentality and practical approach. • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented attitude. • Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility. • Commercial/entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation.
