📋 Description

• Take on the leadership role for a dynamic sales team • Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets • Ensure a first-class customer service experience through proactive engagement and prompt problem resolution • Maintain and cultivate customer relationships • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs • Plan, organize and execute sales events to increase customer retention and acquisition • Responsible for budgeting and implementing cost-efficiency measures to maximize profitability • Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and sales concepts to retain and acquire customers • Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize workflows within the sales outlet • Promote a culture of continuous development and team cohesion • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the competitive environment

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training • Industry knowledge and leadership experience are advantageous • Strong communication skills and a strong customer orientation, always presenting a friendly and professional manner • Confident user of MS Office applications • Good written and spoken German • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
