📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily store operations • Develop and further build your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling • Commercial performance analysis of the store • Actively drive sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business-related vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally experience running a store • Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
