📋 Description

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of building services and technical building systems • Evaluate and optimize maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintain site documentation and manage subcontractors • Point of contact for our clients • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational health & safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or Supply Engineering OR a vocational technical qualification, e.g., as an HVAC/plumbing & heating systems mechanic or electrical technician • Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience • Effective daily organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Appreciative, development-focused people management • Confident user of MS Office • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Valid driving licence (Class B)
