📋 Description

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems • Assess and optimize maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintain property documentation and manage subcontractors • Point of contact for our clients • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering OR technical vocational training, e.g., as a sanitary/heating/air-conditioning technician (SHK) or electrical technician • Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience • Effective day-to-day organization skills combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Appreciative and development-focused people management • Confident user of MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Class B driving licence
