📋 Description

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building technical systems • Assessing and optimizing maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintaining property documentation and managing subcontractors • Point of contact for our clients • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering OR technical vocational training, e.g., as an HVAC/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or electrical technician • Several years of professional experience in facility management and initial leadership experience • Effective day-to-day organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Respectful and development-focused leadership of employees • Confident use of MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Class B driving licence
