📋 Description

• Responsibility for the efficient and effective management of our cleaning projects. • Leading and motivating a team of cleaning staff to ensure smooth operational processes. • Planning and coordinating cleaning activities in line with customer requirements and requests. • Monitoring and inspecting cleaning quality and conducting regular quality checks. • Preparing and managing work schedules and time sheets. • Managing budgets and controlling costs to optimize resource use. • Maintaining and developing customer relationships through regular communication and feedback discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position, preferably in cleaning services. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • High customer orientation and service-minded attitude. • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with relevant software solutions.
