📋 Description

• Own all sales activities within the defined region of responsibility • Develop, strengthen, and maintain existing and new customer relationships • Generate sales growth for the complete SAMSON portfolio of products and services • Hold face-to-face customer interactions and facilitate lunch and learns • Resolve customer service issues and follow up on proposal activities • Conduct Sales Meetings, Lunch & Learns, as required • Provide technical support with documentation, drawings, customer training, site visits and demonstrations • Collaborate with other regional sales managers, sales leadership, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial or Process Automation sales • Technical knowledge of Valves, Actuators, and other control components a preference • Experience managing sales cycles between 6 weeks and 2 years • Previous experience managing a defined region with direct accounts and sales channels • Previous experience utilizing a CRM with all customer interactions • An energetic self-starter with the desire to achieve challenging objectives and think outside of the box • Advanced oral and written communication in English (French is an asset) with strong presentation skills • Strong Customer Service orientation and skillset • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to deal with conflicts, setbacks and change • Detail-oriented person with analytical ability and listening skills and an innovative problem-solver • Strong MS Office knowledge and computer skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong organizational skills to deal with occasional heavy workloads and multi-tasking • Valid Canadian Drivers license
