📋 Description
• Analisar e revisar, sob orientação, contratos, documentos jurídicos e acordos judiciais, verificando cláusulas e termos relevantes para fortalecer a posição dos clientes e minimizar riscos em casos de inadimplência; • Elaborar e redigir petições iniciais, contestações, recursos e outras manifestações processuais sob supervisão de Advogados Pl ou Sr, cumprindo prazos processuais e requisitos formais; • elaborar relatórios e reportes aos clientes;
🎯 Requirements
• Ensino Superior Completo em Direito, com Registro ativo na OAB; • Mínimo de 06 meses de experiência em estágio ou atuação prática em escritórios de advocacia ou departamentos jurídicos; • Conhecimento Jurídico Civil e Processual, Pesquisa Jurídica, Redação e elaboração de Peças processuais, gestão de prazos e processos, habilidade de negociação e Ética profissional.
