📋 Description

• Review and analyze, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and judicial agreements, checking relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in default-related cases; • Prepare and draft initial pleadings, defenses, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of mid-level or senior attorneys, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Provide initial client consultations, gathering relevant information for case management and advising clients on legal procedures; • Handle low-complexity legal matters; • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings; • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis; • Support the preparation of reports and legal opinions; • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical accuracy of proceedings; • Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the law firm and to the quality of legal deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or in a legal department; • Knowledge of civil law and civil procedure; • Legal research; • Legal writing and drafting of procedural documents; • Deadline and case management; • Negotiation skills; • Professional ethics.
