📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters • Review documents and draft legal pleadings • Assist with monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings • Support the legal team with legislative research and case law analysis • Assist in preparing reports and legal opinions • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical quality of casework • Provide initial client support under supervision • Review contracts, legal documents, and judicial settlements under guidance • Draft initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of Mid-Level or Senior Attorneys • Gather relevant information for case management and advise clients on legal procedures • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or in a legal department • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
