📋 Description

• Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents and judicial agreements, verifying relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients' positions and minimize risks in cases of default; • Prepare and draft initial petitions, defenses, appeals and other procedural filings under the supervision of mid-level or senior lawyers, complying with procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Provide initial client intake, collecting relevant information for case handling and advising clients on legal procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in credit recovery/debt collection for financial institutions; • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Minimum of 6 months of experience through internship or practical work in law firms or corporate legal departments; • Knowledge of civil and procedural law, legal research, drafting and preparation of pleadings and procedural documents, case and deadline management, negotiation skills and professional ethics.
