📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and counsel to the firm’s clients • Act as a strategic negotiator and conflict-resolution specialist • Analyze and review complex contracts, legal opinions, and court filings • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Develop legal strategies • Provide guidance to the legal team • Advise on highly significant legal matters • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and mitigate legal risks • Serve as a technical authority in performing, organizing, and overseeing legal advisory activities • Ensure that commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations • Manage and monitor clients’ portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings • Guide the review and development of court filings and legal documents • Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system • Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity • Assess risks, conduct diagnostics, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are considered an advantage • Specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • At least 6 months of experience in general legal practice • Proficiency in Civil Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Procedure • Proven experience managing complex judicial and administrative proceedings • Advanced negotiation skills • Technical writing and legal argumentation • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Drafting and preparing court filings • Deadline and case management • Professional ethics
