📋 Description

• Organize and update physical and digital documents related to legal and administrative proceedings • Digitize, name, and properly archive documents in internal and external systems • Enter and update case information in CPJ, PJe, Projudi, Eproc, and tracking spreadsheets • Monitor administrative and judicial deadlines, internal calendars, and SLAs • Issue and request filing receipts for documents, initial pleadings, protests, and various notices • Support the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs • Request payments for court fees, filing fees, and other legal expenses • Support the legal team with calculations, procedural tasks, and requests to financial institutions • Contribute to process standardization and the continuous improvement of administrative and legal workflows • Assist with system integration and routine automation • Participate in technology implementation and process reengineering projects • Assist with basic budget control and analysis of legal expenses • Support the management of legal vendors and communication with external law firms • Map operational risks and propose corrective actions • Conduct internal training on processes, systems, and best practices

• Available to start immediately • Experience working at large law firms • Strong communication skills • Proactive approach • Basic Excel proficiency • Familiarity with the CPJ Preâmbulo system • Quick learner with strong interpersonal and professional skills
