📋 Description

• Review court cases in the Brazilian state court system (TJ) to identify matters eligible for closure. • Handle mediation by gathering information about the parties through the internal platform. • Contact the parties and conduct negotiations to attempt to reach settlements. • Draft settlement agreements following mediation. • Complete the necessary records in the relevant systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Law student or law graduate without an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license (required). • Experience reviewing court cases and verifying information for case closure. • Experience with or exposure to mediation and negotiation activities. • Experience in analytical work, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Experience identifying procedural stages and court filings. • Familiarity with judicial systems, such as PJe, e-SAJ, and EPROC, among others. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including filters, tables, and basic formulas. • Proactive approach to suggesting improvements and correcting data. • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. • Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy. • Strong organizational and information-management skills. • Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in data. • Negotiation-oriented profile, focused on finding solutions and reaching settlements. • Organized and responsible in monitoring ongoing negotiations and follow-up activities.
