📋 Description

• Act as systems and product architect within the legal squad, aligning business needs with market solutions • Perform system integrations, build connectors, and develop AWS Lambdas • Create and optimize database scripts • Prepare scope documents and manage vendors, overseeing the configuration/parameterization of external systems • Validate vendor deliverables during testing/homologation phases • Negotiate deadlines and priorities with vendors and resolve third‑party issues or delays • Provide production support after deployment of third‑party/market tools • Design new solutions and evolve existing architectures • Identify, address, and monitor technical debt, ensuring security, scalability, and performance • Manage vulnerabilities using tools such as Dependabot • Support migration of legacy systems to the new platform architecture • Implement architectural and functional changes in coordination with the Tech Lead • Drive execution of activities using the Business Map model • Participate in the development of scopes and in homologation/testing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal communication, assertive communication, resilience, and strong negotiation skills • Strong systems and product architecture mindset, especially in SaaS environments • Experience with system integration and building connectors • Experience in serverless development, specifically with AWS Lambda • Experience designing and executing database scripts, including triggers, functions, and relational stored procedures • Experience preparing scope documents • Experience overseeing vendor system parameterizations and validating deliverables during testing/homologation • Ability to identify and manage technical debt, ensuring security, scalability, performance, and vulnerability handling • Experience with REST/RESTful, SOAP, and API Gateway • Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote), creating solutions and evolving existing architectures • Agile mindset, empathy, collaboration, and pragmatism • Nice to have: experience with Anti‑Money Laundering solutions, Legal Systems, Compliance, Risk, and Audit • Basic knowledge of Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and fine‑tuning • Experience with data engineering • Familiarity with low‑code platforms such as AppSheet • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
