📋 Description

• Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of clinical contracts, primarily non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and other customer agreements • Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory and organizational policies • Monitor the contract process for compliance with contractual guidelines for customers and vendors • Participate in precontract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes • Track work and obtain appropriate reviews and approvals according to established processes • Participate or coordinate as a legal contract lead in customer or vendor calls • Ensure timely delivery of final contracts, independently or as part of a team • Conduct written and/or verbal follow-up with customers and vendors after draft or signature-ready contract delivery • Support LCN triage activities, track team workload and contract metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Law Degree completed • Local bar association active • Qualified to practice law in a global organization • Relevant experience related to contracts • Advanced/fluent English skills • Proficient in drafting various types of contracts in English • Experience negotiating complex deals directly with customers and vendors • Strong organizational, planning, project and contract management, communication, presentation and influence skills • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities and meet established timelines • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Excellent skills using MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel • Prior in-house experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or familiarity with drug discovery and development process will be a plus • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
