📋 Description

• Conduct negotiations and mediate agreements related to credit recovery • Assist attorneys with other administrative and operational tasks related to credit recovery • Prepare reports and email communications • Update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls • Support the preparation and organization of case documents and procedural information • Communicate with clients when necessary • Support analysis and organization of information for case monitoring • Use generative artificial intelligence tools to support the department's activities

🎯 Requirements

• Position open to law students in their 4th or 5th year or law graduates — candidates must not hold Bar registration (no OAB) (mandatory) • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel • Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools • Experience using legal and/or management systems • Comfortable working with a high volume of tasks • Knowledge of Python is a plus • Knowledge of cloud solutions is a plus • Knowledge of Canva is a plus • Analytical and organized profile • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Persuasive skills • Proactivity and a sense of priorities • Logical reasoning and attention to detail • Ability to work well in teams • Experience in negotiations and mediation of agreements related to credit recovery • Background in credit recovery or related areas • Experience preparing reports and management controls • Experience updating spreadsheets and systems • Experience supporting legal teams is a plus
