📋 Description

• Handle collection actions, payment order proceedings, enforcement of extrajudicial instruments, judgment enforcement proceedings, and possessory actions related to the portfolio’s contractual relationships • Draft and review court filings, including complaints, answers, replies, motions, appeals, and procedural incidents • Conduct enforcement proceedings and asset-seizure measures, including analysis of asset searches, SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, attachments, valuations, sales, and other measures aimed at locating assets and recovering the debt • Analyze contracts, documents, procedural history, and evidence, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and the appropriate litigation strategy • Proactively monitor proceedings, avoiding the suspension or closure of enforcement actions before all useful debt-recovery measures have been exhausted • Manage deadlines, publications, and judicial and administrative actions, including payment of court fees, procedural diligences, land-registry records, searches, receipts, and other required documents • Prepare and verify calculations and amounts involved in claims, particularly in collection actions, enforcement proceedings, and judgment enforcement proceedings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Solid experience in Civil Law, Contract Law, Debt Recovery, and Civil Procedure • Strong legal writing skills, producing technical, concise, and strategically focused court filings aimed at the intended outcome • Organizational skills for managing a high-volume caseload and the ability to identify and flag critical or strategic matters • Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team and preparing client reports
